Chiropractor

Brandon Fromm, DC

Hello! I'm a chiropractor based in Chelan, Washington, with a deep commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of my community. My professional journey began in aerospace engineering and manufacturing, driven by a passion for understanding and improving how things work. However, a pivotal piece of advice from a colleague—"Do what you love, and the money will come"—inspired a significant career change. This led me to Central Washington University where I transitioned to the field of chiropractic.

Today, I specialize in addressing complex sports injuries and chronic pains, such as sciatica and disc injuries, particularly in cases where traditional chiropractic adjustments provide only temporary relief. Through my extensive research and practice, I have found that nerve adhesions are often the primary cause of chronic pains and persistent sports injuries that do not respond to conventional treatments. I have dedicated my career to identifying and treating these adhesions, focusing on the intricate relationships within the nervous system to restore and enhance the quality of life for my patients.

If your chiropractic adjustments are frequently short-lived, it may indicate that deeper issues, like nerve adhesions, are at play. Join me on a transformative journey to not just manage symptoms but to achieve lasting healing and recovery.

Family is at the core of everything I do. I share my life with my wonderful wife Izzy, our energetic son Damon, and our two loyal dogs, Redd and Nova. Izzy is my rock, supporting our family and sharing in our adventures, big and small. Damon brings endless joy and curiosity into our lives, constantly reminding us of the wonder and excitement of seeing the world through new eyes. Redd and Nova, our delightful canine companions, add a layer of fun and unconditional love to our family dynamic.

When I’m not at the clinic or spending time with my family, I indulge in a variety of hobbies that keep my hands busy and my mind sharp. I have a passion for building things—whether it’s a new piece of furniture for our home or a fun project with Damon. I also enjoy diving into the depths of psychology, exploring how the mind works and applying these insights to both my professional and personal life. Always eager to learn, I cherish the moments spent reading up on the latest in health, science, and technology, or getting outdoors for a hike to reconnect with nature.

Describe why and how you got involved in your profession:

I first found chiropractic at a young age due to infrequent, but severe headaches. Continuing down the road I stayed under chiropractic care throughout high school from various sports injuries. I knew from early on that I wanted to help people live a healthy, active life and that led me to study kinesiology at Washington State University. Throughout undergrad when I would return home for breaks, I would regularly go get adjusted. That eventually had me talking with the Doc about chiropractic school and what it all entailed. I ended up applying to Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California and the rest is history.

Degrees you have received and where you received them and when:

After high school, I attended Washington State University from 2011-2015 where I received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. The following fall, I enrolled at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California where I graduated in the late summer of 2019 with my Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Describe your key services, areas of specialty, and what sets you apart from others in the profession:

I offer full spine chiropractic care along with extremity adjusting with the main goal to restore optimal function for every person who seeks care.

Describe your life, your hobbies, your community, and your passions:

Outside of the practice, you can find me skiing in the winter, golfing in the summer, and waterfowl hunting in the fall/winter. My family and I have had season tickets for Washington State football games for the last 10+ years so we are frequently making trips to Pullman in the fall. In my spare time around the Chelan Valley, you may find me at The Barn Fitness Center, where I was a coach and still am regularly there 4-5 days/week.

Describe your key services, areas of specialty, and what sets you apart from others in your profession?

Areas of specialty:

  • Core Stability

  • Performance Training

  • Endurance Training

  • Resistance Training

  • Mental Conditioning

  • Nutrition

  • Functional Movement

What sets me apart is my vast background of working with everyone from collegiate athletes to wheel-chair bound patients. I’m trained in the mental and physical aspects of exercise/fitness and won’t settle for a client/patient not getting results.

Why and how did you get involved in your profession? Describe the history and journey of your profession. What did you do prior?

My evolution into this profession has been a fun and interesting ride. I started my professional career coaching at Central Washington University. While getting my Master’s degree, I worked for the Wildcat’s as a n Assistant Volleyball Coach and the Women’s Strength and Conditioning Coach for the university. My husband, Brandon, and I moved to Portland, Oregon for him to get his Doctor of Chiropractic. During that time, I worked for 2 years as the Director of Training in a fitness facility and 1 year at Mt. Hood Chiropractic Clinic as their Exercise and Rehab Specialist. For the past 6 years I have served at the general manager of our practice and continued to train clients. The title has change, the clientele changed, but the desire to help people improve mentally and physically has never wavered.

Describe your family life, hobbies, your involvement in the community, and your passions.

I’m a devoted wife to my wonderful husband, Brandon, and a proud mom to our lively son, Damon. We share our home with two dynamic dogs, Nova and Redd, who fill my days with joy. Family means the world to me, and I'm grateful for the incredible support I receive from my parents and close friends who enrich our lives.

We spend our days at work or outside. Constantly striving to teach Damon the value of hard work and the importance of healthy, active living.

A few of my favorite things are: the Chelan valley (proud “old Goat”), iced lattes, business books, being on the golf course, exercising, and trying to become a better gardener.

JoAnn Deeds

Front Desk Manager

Describe why and how you got involved in your profession?

I enjoy working with people and the office atmosphere. I had previously experiences the benefits of chiropractic care. When I came across a job opportunity at this office, I immediately applied, and the rest is history.

Describe your family life, your hobbies, your community, and your passions.

I moved from the Seattle area with my husband and our youngest son in 2009, after vacationing many years in this beautiful valley. I have 2 sons, 2 daughters, a son-in-law, a grandson, and a granddaughter, and travel over 2 mountain passes several times a month to visit them. I like mountains, water, camping, crafts, family get-togethers, and the Seahawks!

What are your favorite services and what sets this clinic apart?

My favorite services at Lakeland Chiropractic are spinal manipulations (having Dr. Fromm work on my neck) and massage therapy. Some patients on their first visit cannot stand up straight, some will suffer from debilitating headaches, some have a problem with their foot or hand. Our Doctor and massage therapist are looking for resolutions to patients problems, not a quick adjustment and on to the next patient. Our goal is to keep you moving, might be holding your child (or grandchild), might be sporting events, might be driving your car. It is with humbling satisfaction that our clinic sees these transformed lives. For those reasons, our clinic is set apart from others.
